  • Introduce malware, harmful code, or security threats
  • Use our services to generate illegal or infringing content
  • Engage in conduct that harms our reputation or disrupts our operations

3.2 Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Keeping your login credentials secure
  • All activity conducted under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of unauthorized access or suspicious activity

We are not liable for damages resulting from compromised accounts due to user negligence.

4. GDPR Compliance and Data Protection

We comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Bulgarian data protection laws.

6. EU AI Act Compliance

7. Payment Terms

We aim for at least 99% uptime, but uninterrupted service cannot be guaranteed. Planned maintenance will be announced whenever reasonably possible.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by EU law:

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for:

  • Rights that cannot be legally waived under EU consumer protection law

10. Termination

10.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your account anytime by contacting info@aimarketingbg.com. Refund eligibility is determined by applicable law and our Refund Policy.

10.2 Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate accounts for:

  • Breach of these Terms
  • Fraudulent or abusive activity
  • Legitimate business or security reasons

Advance notice will be provided when possible.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria and EU regulations.
